AFFIDAVIT OF EXECUTION

• That on July 15, 2007, I was personally present and saw the document marked as Exhibit "A" to this my affidavit, duly signed and executed by JANE DOE;
• JANE DOE executed the document in the presence of myself and                  (second Witness), in Toronto, Ontario; and we were both present at the same time, and we both signed the document in the presence of JANE DOE as attesting witnesses.
