ONLINE BOOKING

Online Booking will guide you through the Notarization process and answer any questions you may have.

* NOTE: Although all appointments are booked using our online booking system, all Notarization work will be done in person at our office.

* If your browser gets an ERROR MESSAGE when trying to open Online Booking:

  • Using a Chrome Incognito Window will fix the problem.
  • If using Apple Safari use: Private Browsing, or for MS Edge: InPrivate Browsing.

* Online Booking is accessible using your computer or phone.

PAYMENT METHODS

  1. Cash (We can make change for you)
  2. Debit (no Credit)
  3. Company Cheque (Payable to: 'Jeffery A. Brown')

In each case you will be issued an itemized receipt.

FEES

Fees are determined by the number of Notary signatures, not the number of documents.

NOTARIZATION, CERTIFICATION & COMMISSIONING:

1st to 3rd:$16.95 each
4th to 6th:$14.00 each
7th to 9th:$10.00 each
10th and up:$5.00 each

15 and over, 15% discount
25 and over, 20% discount
